A trip to Florence (or Firenze in Italian) has for a long time been on the agenda of any tourist worth his or her name, and Italy’s premier tourist destination continues to draw hordes of visitors every year, as its charm seems to grow with time. And one reason for Florence’s thriving tourism industry is that it offers accommodation to suit every budget and satisfy even the most discerning traveller.

Before we lead you to our list of handpicked hotels in Florence, however, we have to say that as far as Florence is concerned, ‘budget hotel’ does not always stand for a shabby, rundown place where spending the night seems impossible. So whether you are a business traveller or a pleasure tripper, Florence will offer you a hotel deal that will not only make your trip a delight, but make you want to come back for more.
