The property is in easy reach of towns rich in art and history, including Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della Francesca and proud keeper of some of his most famous paintings), Anghiari, Monterchi, Citerna, Città di Castello, and Caprese Michelangelo. The house combines the traditional materials of Tuscan farm architecture - huge, chestnut beams, terracotta floors, stone and painted plaster walls—with all the modern conveniences. The spacious rooms have been furnished with classic Tuscan furniture, made from chestnut and wrought iron, including family pieces that recall an earlier era of Italian country life.
In order to offer choice in price and size of accommodations, Villa Ferraguzzo has been divided into three separate apartments for groups ranging from 8-14 people, with prices adjusted accordingly. It is handicapped accessible.
