Villa's construction from the 18th century is still evident; during the years it has been modified but always maintaining its original character.
250 metres above sea level at Pratomagno's declivity, in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is part of the ancient Cicogna castle.
The geographical position of the villa is ideal for visiting the famous "cities of art" in Tuscany: Florence (40km), Siena (60km), Arezzo (25 km), Cortona (40km) and San Gimignano (40km).
Three comfortable rental apartments have been constructed from the ancient farm of this Villa in Tuscany. The ancient Valcellino farm has been completely restructured and is divided into five rental apartments of varying sizes; each apartment has a separate entrance and all of them are bright and welcoming.
Guests of the villa have access to a lovely swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), to the neighbouring Botanic park, which is a large English style garden in the beautiful country of Tuscany, and to private parking.
