Situated in a tiny hamlet on a hilltop is sorrounded by the spectacular famous tuscan scenery of wineyards, cypresses, oaks, olives. Likely of etruscan origin, certainly dates back to the Xth century.Just restored with attention to preserve its autenticity, the villa,of more than 500 mq,can host up 12 people in 6 double rooms (a limited number of guests so everyone is assured of special attention to its needs). All the rooms have a wonderful view on famous towers and are all provided with air conditioning/heating, safes, windows screens and private bathroom with a wall -attached hairdryer. One room is also suitable for disables. The house have a sitting room with tv sat, a study with internet connection, a suggestive dining/living room with a medieval fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and another ground floor common bathroom. It looks out on a nice terraced garden with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. Private pool equipped with patio furniture and a quiet pergola, a perfect haven for rest and contemplate the panorama disturbed only by the chirping of cicadas and crickets.The 12 hectars property produce saffron, oil, aromatic herbs.
